Notification

When something important happens in AITable, we let you know through notifications, which will occur in your notification center.

Notification triggers

There are some events being able to trigger notifications, including:

1. someone assigns you to a record using a member field

2. someone @mentions you in a record

3. someone sends an application to the administrator to join in the space

4. someone invites other members to join in the space

5. someone is removed from the space

6. someone is grouped to a specified team in the space

7. there are changes on administrative permissions

8. the name of the space has been changed

9. someone leaves the space

10. the space has been deleted

11. the space has been restored

12. The capacity of the space has reached the upper limit

If you click the notifications, you might automatically navigate to workbench, or contact section.

When you click the notification, which informs that someone assigns you to a member field record, or @mentions you in a record, you will automatically navigate to view the expanded record.

You can click any personal avatar showed in each notification to see the member's personal card.

E-mail notification

When the following trigger events occur, we will send an email as notification.

1. Invite someone to join in the space

2. Someone is removed from the space

3. Someone is assigned to a member field record

4. Capacity of the space has reached the upper limit

5. The main administrator has been changed to other person

6. Send email verification code
