Previously, the Space was filled with temporary files, personal files, and incomplete drafts, resulting in unorganized, chaotic file management and severely reducing work efficiency. To overcome this issue, we redesigned the workbench. In the new version, we have introduced "Team Area" and "Private Area", giving you a more structured and clear file management experience.
In the "Private Area", you can manage your personal files and work on projects that aren't yet ready to be collaborated with the team. Once your work is ready to be shared, you can easily move it to the "Team Area". This is where collaboration happens, enhancing the flow of information and speeding up project development.
Team Area: Collaborate with other members, enhancing the efficiency of information flow and project progression.
Private Area: Manage personal files, providing a private area for personal thought and creativity.
